2014 Graduation Policy

We began accepting reservations on
Monday, June 3, 2013 at 9am
(Thursday May 15th 2014, Friday May 16th, & Saturday May 17th)

  • Three night minimum, guest will be charged for Thursday, May 16th, Friday, May 17th and Saturday, May 18th
  • Reservations will ONLY be taken by incoming calls to the hotel – NO online reservations or walk-ins will be accepted
  • The total deposit will be taken at time of booking (that is for all 3 nights)
  • Four room maximum per person
  • Room type may be requested but not guaranteed
  • Reservations cancelled by Wednesday, January 1st will be refunded the advance deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee per room. This includes reducing the quantity of rooms.
  • No refunds will be entertained after January 1st, 2014
  • Policy letters will be sent out at the time of booking.  Letters need to be signed and returned within 30 days to ensure your reservation is held.  Any letters not returned within 30 days will result in cancellation of the reservation and a $100 cancellation fee
